Aofie Cox (@DailySpud) came down to our East Point Market a couple of weeks ago. It was, fortunately, a very beautiful day. Aoife had chats with Des about the concept behind the lunchtime markets, how people enjoy the food, atmosphere and price.
The overall piece Aoife was putting together was on the changing face of workplace lunches which is exactly why we set up Irish Village Markets, (IVM). For us it was about bringing gourmet food, using locally sourced produce, cooked on site with all the sights, smells and tastes of an outdoor market.
