If you’ve been paying attention to food writing and television  lately you’ll know that street food is “so hot right now”.  We’re not surprised!  Quality street food, the likes of which you’ll find at our markets, is prepared with quality ingredients and tender loving care and gives you the opportunity to experience that quality at reasonable prices.  As so much of it is prepared on site as well, it gives you the chance to see the process behind your meal.

We think the traders at our markets are pretty good – but this guy has that extra “je ne sais quoi”!
