The recipes from Pizza Al Volo originate from the little town of Amatrice in Central Italy.

They offer traditional 12″ pizzas, Margherita (tomato, mozzarella & fresh basil), the ever-popular pepperoni, or pizzas of choice even if that includes the controversial pineapple, all freshly cooked to order.
Our menu includes Pizza Al Portafoglio for those on the go; a mini margherita folded in half.
