Sonny’s specialises in Dakgangjeong, traditional bite sized pieces of Korean fried chicken. A staple of the Korean street food scene, the dish has gained popularity over recent years from exposure through Korean television.
Their chicken is marinated for 24 hours to add flavour and keep the meat tender and juicy. Then it’s deep fried twice, in the traditional manner, to get that crispy outer shell. The final step is to glaze the chicken in one of our signature sauces to give it a sticky finish. Served with rice, kimchi or salad to complement the richness of the dish.
